Through the Village Adoption Programme implemented by various institutions under the support and guidance of VMRFDU, the University actively contributes to promoting clean energy and energy-efficient technologies at the grassroots level.

The University engages with local village presidents, panchayat representatives, and community members through awareness programmes, outreach activities, meetings, and community interactions.

These initiatives help disseminate information on renewable energy, energy conservation, sustainable energy practices, and the adoption of energy-efficient technologies.

The University also communicates local needs, challenges, and community feedback to relevant stakeholders, thereby supporting government initiatives and contributing to the promotion and effective implementation of clean energy and energy-efficiency policies at the village level.
